4 wires in Engine bay, 6 inside

I know the wires are for owner use, and go in the cab be hind the fuse pannel. My question is I have 6 wires that come out behind the fuse pannel. 4 are the same color as the 4 out in the engine compartment that I understand, the other 2 are for what?

Also,I need a place to splice into a always hot power source.

The 2 extra are
CTO =clean tach output -lg/wh
PTO -power take off signal -lb/ye

Thats what they were in 02

Tap the yellow wire in the harness that plugs into the left of the steering column. It is hooked to the battery and is hot all the time.
