not starting
truck doesnt start......just clicking starters been checked its new....solenoid new......battery good cables also new and checked any connections suggestions? its a 97 f 150

Hi and welcome to FTE 
Have you checked for power at the starter when someone turns the key to the start position? You should have power then at both the big and the little terminals on the starter. A common problem is for the terminal on the big cable at the starter to corrode off the cable itself.
Is the ground cable clean at the battery and attached firmly at the engine end?
