Tailgate Problem
I have a 2000 explorer xlt and this only happens when the heat has been turned on. The tailgate does not unlock. All winter long it doesn't work but once the heat is off from spring to fall the tailgate opens. You can hear it unlock and also see the window button move but nothing happens. WHY?
