Drivetrain chirp at speed

I have a 1983 F150 that is used primarily as a farm truck. On the rare occasion that I do take it on-road, I hear a loud fast chirping sound above 45 mph. If I'm accelerating or decelerating the chirp goes away. The chirp is heard when I'm at speed and have reached equilibrium...not heavy on or off the gas.

Any ideas? Thanks!

That is a very difficult question to answer. There are too may items that will cause a chirp.
I would look at the drive line first.
Primarily U joints.
