Pivot arm bushing replacement

Hi guys,
This weekend I will be attempting to replace the pivot arm bushings at the front of my 79 2WD F-100 (Not the radius arm bushings, I did those last summer).
Has anyone done this before, and/or have any tips to ease the job?
