my shop is a 30 x 48 pole barn with 13' ceilings. it has heated concrete floors, the only way to go in my opion. only advise i can give you is go with the heated floor and if you think 20x24 is big enough DOUBLE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just bought a used semi trailer for storage to free up room in the shop untill i can build a 12 x 24 storage shed.

a 20X24 is only good for 1 truck. i did my pole barn 21X26, and can only fit 1 vehicle in it after putting all the tools and other goodies in. in floor radient heat is the only way to go. i forgot about heat when i built mine, it was done in the summer, with 90+degrees. now every winter, i kick myself in the rear when i have to use the forced air furnace.
