Tonight I put my ventvisors on and I ran into a problem with rolling my window up. Hopefully some of you guys out there have had this problem and found a way to fix it. But anyways, there are two types of ventvisors that will fit on the 04-05 f150's (which are 1-the style where the visors are put on with 3m tape and stick on the outside of the door and 2-the style that slides up in between the weather strippings for a more sleak clean look and also stick on with 3m tape inside the door) anyways..I got the back two visors on my ext cab without any problem and the windows rolled up fine. after I got the front two on I had problems getting my window rolled up all the way because there are 2 V shaped pieces that are supposed to be smashed into both ends of the vent visor (inside the door) to keep both ends secure and holding tight. But these 2 pieces are seeming to be in the way on both front windows. I was thinking about taking the 2 pieces out on both windows to see if they will then roll up all the way but if anything I will wait a few days just to let the 3m tape set in good and then take them off. Has anyone else had this problem on the new F-150s?? Any advice on how to fix this problem would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks alot
Leave out those V pieces... The V pieces are supposed to go on the back anyways... I just put the in channel ones on my super crew with out an issue. I just left off the V pieces... So for you I would do the same....
The tape will hold just fine. Remove the tape, toss in the deflector, roll up the window and leave it up for 24 hours... DONE!!! I've done this on all my trucks (5 in the last 5 years)
Hope this helps...

alright thanks man. I'll probably spend an hour trying to get all of them out because it took me like 10 minutes to get one of them back out lastnight so i could get my window all the way up!
