hey guys, I just got a new set of 325/60/18 Terra Grapplers on my black '04 F150. I must say that at first, I was slightly skeptical. But now that I have driven it, I love em. Not only do they look great but they drive great as well. I'm sold on the Nitto tires. I hope to post some pics next week.
I agree, after 10K miles, mine (33's on 20" Eagles) ride smooth and are wearing surprisingly well (and even), a testament to a well built machine with quality goods.
I did put mine on stock rims. To be honest, I really like the look. If I had a lift and some larger tires, I would definitely trade them in for some Eagles. But ro now, I going to stick with my factory.
Like I said before, I'll get some pics up over the weekend and you can check it out.
Where are the pictures??? I have been thinking of putting these on the stock rims as you have but have been worried about the looks and wear problems. Did your tire shop have any concerns of putting this tire on a 7.5" rim?
I cleaned up my truck over the weekend and took some pictures on Sunday. I tried importing them from the camera yesterday but had a little trouble. I hope to work on it some more today and get those pics posted today or tomorrow. Keep checking my gallery. I really like the way it looks.
atuck, your killing me. Get your *** in gear and post the picks.... by the way, who mounted them and did they say that the small 7.5 inch wide rims would pose a problem with such big tires? Did you put on a lift? hurry up man, im about to get new tires and am really concerned about squeezing those tires on a stock truck

Down Carnivore down! I promise to get those pics up today or tomorrow.
Big 10 Tires here mounted them. They didn't mention anything about the width of my factory rims. I haven't noticed any trouble but I've only had them now for 4 or 5 days. I did put on the 2.5" Daystar leveling kit. I don't have any rub on pavement. I haven't been off-road with it so I don't know if I will have any rub then or not. But I'm not a big off-road driver any ways. I had some bad experiences in a Discovery. Let's just say I thought the thing could swim.
As soon as I get my pics up, you will be the first to know. I will come back to this thread and let you know they are up. Only if you promise to give my a 10 of course!

Oh yeah if you're interested in purchasing the Nitto's, I found them online at www.tires.com. They ran me $916 plus $60 installation at Big 10 Tires. When it was all said and done, I saved about $300 in comparison to one of the local guys here who is known to be overpriced.
ok let me ask you.... Would they rub without the leveling kit? They say they are 33 inches tall which is only an inch taller than stock, but they are significantly wider than stock.
YES! My dad has a factory standard Lariat 4x4. Now he hasn't had these tires mounted on there but I am positve they would rub. Mainly becuase of the width of the tire like you said. My old stock goodyears were 9" wide. These are a whopping 13"!
I wanted to get 35's under her but I knew those wouldn't fit. I was told that mounted and on the truck these tires come out to about 33.4". I haven't measured so I can't say that with confidence. Just passing along some information.
I am also posting some new pics I just took. There's a little more light so maybe you can get a better idea as to how it looks.
