Turbo Brake setup
We're looking at putting the T4 setup from Turbo Brake on the work truck 99' CC Powersmoke A/T. Anybody had any experience with them? It looks pretty straight foward, assuming the tranny lockup works during accleration too. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, that's a pretty pricy ($349.00) EBPV-based brake kit. Lotsa' profit there it would seem.
I guess if you have the money to spend like that for a box, a couple of connectors, and a switch or two, go for it!
If I ever tow heavy and need one, I'll be constructing my own for under $15.

I know, it also acts as a two-speed (shazam!) idle controller, but gee......

The question still stands, does anybody know anything about them, are they reliable, what's the EBPV delay when you release the gas pedal ect. Reliability counts when you're pulling 13 cows or 400 small bales up and down 9 mile hill.
