tranny downshift
One more problem here, the last couple days when I exit the freeway, I tap the brakes to turn off the cruise control, and then coast down the off-ramp. Once I turn off the cruise and begin to coast, the transmission downshifts on it's own. It doesn't shift all the way down into first, but in the past when I would do this, it would just feel like the truck was in neutral, which I think is normal. It doesn't really bother me but I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to do that. Anybody have any info? Thanks in advance

Racerguy, thanks for replying. The O/D light has flashed before, in fact last summer it did it, but it was repaired and hasn't done it since. I'm assuming they replaced the range sensor. That's when I bought the truck, and they fixed that little problem before I would purchase it. The check engine light doesn't come on. Any way to check that TR Sensor? Is it something that I can fix myself, or is it inside the tranny?
