The block tag.. Just a guess...from what i'am learning looks like 1962.Nov, 9th day?

It could also be 72/Oct/09. The letter "I" is skipped for the month codes so as Russ stated it could also be a 62 just move up a month to Oct 9th. The 303 might be a 330 which would be the engine cid. B is the plant code which I don't know sorry. As far as the block date code the first character is always a number for the year. So maybe the date code is 2K4. If the 2 has two dots underneath it's a 70's casting. A 62 casting would have no dots and also 2 bolt motor mounts. Pretty easy to tell. There should be another number on the tag next to the B. The first two numbers indicate the year of the vehicle. G.
