EGR block-off plates?

EGR block-off plates?
Converting the '90 302 that we are putting in our F100 from its FI back to a carb set-up. The aftermarket manifold is a non-EGR manifold. Have found EGR block off plates for blocking the EGR at teh manifold, but am looking for something for blocking off the EGR ports in the back of the heads themselves. Any body make such a thing, or do I just take some 1/8th-3/16th flat stock and and make my own??

I used a 5/8"-11 x 1" bolt (I think that's the size) with a little rtv to block off mine, but I think you can buy plugs made just for blocking thoes holes from summit or jegs.
Useless bit of trivia info for the day: the holes in the back of the heads are for the air injection system (smog pump) so fresh air can be pumped up stream of the first cat on start up to help it heat up faster.
