There out there but it is pretty tough to find them. The reason why is that the D70 was installed behind "heavy duty" trucks. The large majority of these came with the 4.10 has standard ratio's because they offered a big torque advantage over the higher 3.54 gear.

All the ones I've seen were either 4.10 or 3.73. I did dig one up that had 4.56 but the tag said 3.73. If your hot on the market, keep your eyes open for a 3.73 LS rear (found under super camper specials) and the carrier is the same as for the 3.5 gears your lookin for.
