In very simple terms, the 351M is a tall deck Cleveland built from the 400 block which is a tall deck Cleveland with a 4" stroke. The Windsor is a tall deck 302 (5.0L). The 351's all have the same bore (4.0") and stroke (3.5"). The Cleveland derivatives have large port heads with canted valves for better breathing. The 4V Cleveland has such large ports and valves that it is basically optimized for a race engine and does not perform well in a daily driver situation. -Hope this helps.
