will early 90-2002 ford f150 rims fit my 78 ford? i think the rear end is a dana. not too sure tho

 

I think wheels are interchargable up to 96 or 98, whereas Ford changed the diameter on the center hole. or it was the bolt pattern? Not sure which.

 

Rims from 96 down will fit. when ford went to the 97 body style, they changed to a metric bolt pattern.

 

Some of the late models will fit, you just have to make sure you get wheels that are 138mm to 140mm. Some of the trucks & suvs have these lug pattrens. Ford left enough tolerences in the manufacturing so that not all the wheels are perfectly machined, but be careful cause most are 135mm and they wont fit.
