"performance chip" options??
Being in the Vette world, I know there are a lot of bogus products out there...
Basically, what I am looking for is something that will tighten up my shift points, and give some slight performance gains - Nothing major, and nothing that will force me to run premium gas...
Any suggestions??

i have a 01 250 sd cc 5.4L and from what was said on here the diablo products are one of the best. i just got the chip for one position other than stock. i pull a TT with it and it gives it more ~ 10% more HP and Torque plus makes the trans make firmer shifts. it gives a little better MPG ,1-2 , but you have to use premium. you cand turn it off when not towing if you like. this one was $200. they sell one that has two positions,one for regular ,but on regular you wont get the same performance. the tuner is for if you are going to make other mods.

I have the Superchip on my 05 F-350 PSD. It works great. Has good shift points, and I get better mileage. I gained 1 mpg on tow safe. I lost 1 mpg on economy, and I don't want to mention performance setting. My mileage was to bad to mention. Maybe the mileage on economy would be ok if I could keep my foot out of it. It just runs to good.
