I surrender...brake problems
The Rabs system is not the great in the world. Under the break res is the module for the rabs and over time it will stick. If it does, you rear brakes will not brake, causing your front brakes to do all the work, in return, you are burning through rotors and pads.
Also I would check the condition of the front brake lines. Over time the rubber colapses inside causing the front calipars not to release.
Recently, someone, I think it might have been ken1mod, installed an adjustable proportioning valve under the RABS and disconected the rabs. If you do a search here, you should find it. Fairly cheap to do and you can adjust to what kind of load you have.
I believe in your year their is a speed sensor in the rear axle that not only runs the rabs, but also the odometer/speedo.

there is a vertical pin switch in the top of the proportioning valve in line just after master cylinder that corrodes and locks up
if front caliper pistons are forced backward with fluid forced backward thru system locks up RABS valve...always release bleeder with rubber hose into partial container of brake fluid before taking off caliper...
switch in mine is in center of the valve and has a black plastic top 3/4"inch hex if i remember...electrical plug 2 wire on top...clean switch with silicon e spray....flsuh and bleed entire system entire system with DOT3-4 new brake fluid if not done in last 2 years...master cylinder>proportioning valve>RABS valve if you can get at it>rr wheel cyl>left front caliper>lr wheel cyl>rf caliper...yes, I know not the old school fartherest away first...but new Ford ABS bleeding tech and it works...

yes, proportioning valve is next in brake line at output of master cylinder...probably got air in system including RABS...
leaking mc sucks and pumps lots of air into system
I've got better than new brakes now...can hang myself on the shoulder belt in a hard panic stop and the RABS works great.
