have had the truck 7 months, took it to the local ORV park and put the trruck in 4x4 high, seemed ok, put in 4x4 low, heard some clunking sounds, what appears (or sounds like) to be slipping out of gear sounds when going up an incline, how do I fix the problem? this only happened going up an incline, have some pics of the front drive train need to identify the type of axle...
Thank you

You have the TTB front end Dana 44/50. Is it just sound or does it actually slip out of gear? Check the fluid on your T-case. Sounds to me like your t-case (NP-208) has lost a 1 or more teeth off one of the gears. I might be wrong about the gear thing i dont know is its gear driven or chain driven.
It sound like chain jump from over stretching, They sound like that, and sometimes JOG sounds like that, I'm guessing 1356 T/C . the lockup collar sometimes will get a busted spring or get contamination built up in the collar, this also causes this.
With chain jump you would get the clunk in 4HL upon hard accel or on an incline.
BUT if its only in 4L it sounds like gear set in T/C
Does it seem to be in front end or T/C?
