finally pulled codes

Hey guys, any of you remmeber my trauma with my 89 F-150? project nightmare? Well Its sitting in my hangar with a busted tranny, and just for fun I pulled codes tonight. I got a 67, 52 and 21. 67 was because I had it in reverse(which doesn't exist anymore in my manual tranny). 52 is the power steering pressure switch, don't care really. But 21 is my ECT sensor, out of range it says. Would that cause any sort of idle surge? I guess I could just replace it and find out, but I'm pretty sure I've replaced it before. Also, I couldn't get any codes on the KOEO test. I got the engine Ident. . . and I pushed the brake and turned the wheel. it idle screwed around for a while, and it never threw codes. . . any ideas? Thanks guys.

It probably has something to do with the code 67. I have found that on a mustang computer, if the clutch switch isn't working, it won't go into the engine running test. If the truck was not warmed up when you ran the test, that could be the reason for the code 21. Try holding the clutch on the floor when you run the test next time.

more codes after running test

Well I warmed it up and did a KOER test, and heres what I got. 21, 41, 25 and 52. 52 is power steering, so I dont' care. 41 is No HEGO switching detected always lean (right side). 25 is Knock not sensed during dynamic test. 21 is ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts. I'm pretty sure she was warmed up. I had it warming up at aroud 2500 for a couple minutes. I'd let it idle, and the idle was rough, it would do its idle surge, going from 400 to 1400 rpm give or take a few. All the while I noticed very rich exhaust out of at least the right side. Then it smoothed out, and the rich exhaust went away. Ran smooth from there on. So what do you guys think now?
