I am have a clunk that feels as if it comes from under the floorboard on the driver side. I am guess it is probably a swar bar bushing problem, although I haven't had time to pull sway bar off to check. It happens in drive or reverse when you are just letting the engine idle and move you forward just crawling. There is no pattern to the clunk to speak of. It appears to go away at higher speeds, but may just be covered by road noise. Energy suspension has a full hyper flex kit for the truck that has front and rear sway bar, front and rear leaf spring, and front track rod bushings. Does anyone see the point to replacing all these parts or should I just order the front sway bar set? All of this is for a '00 f-250 7.3L crewcab with 120K on it. Any opinions?? I also had another thought after reading old postings....could this be the infamous driveline clunk?? If so, could it wait 25K to get fixed?
I just installed the front sway bar kit (4-5186G) and it took care of the clunk under my left foot. The big pain in the **** is getting the old bushing pressed out of the end links. I broke my vice and had to go to three shops before I found someone to do it. They make the truck feel allot tighter. I also installed new shocks at the same time but I pretty sure the links were the culprit for the clunk. Hope it helps.

It sounds like the driveline clunk. Swaybar clunk happens when you go over any bump or irregularity while driving. That being said, with 120k on it the sway bar bushings are due for a change. I purchased the same set as LI250 as well as the bushings for the track bar and it is definitely a change for the better.
