Just stop by your local International dealer and they have them as well. Just got 3 of them for $13.55 +tax /each. The box has both part numbers, the Ford and International on it.

I can't believe somebody hasn't come up with a fumoto type valve that matches the HFCM thread pattern. This surely is needed more than for draining the oil.
What is the drain plug replacement called and where did you get it??

But it is a horizontal fuel control module water drain plug. The revised version is commonly made from brass and can be purchased from Ford, International, or aftermarket. The new one is on the right in my pic.
