94 Diesel F250 engine codes
My truck started missing on 2, 4, 6, and 8 cylinders says the mechanic I took it to after replacing my cps (which made no differance). The problem started once in a while now it starts fine runs great for 10 seconds then the "check engine light" comes on and it starts running like crap. I replaced the valve cover gasket and replaced one pin on #8 glow plug connection (male) with no differance. It runs like the cps is toast but that has been replaced without an improvement. I have dule valve cover gasket conection and all 4 cylinders are missing not just 2. CODES are PO476, PO195,PO266, PO272, PO278, PO284 and PO282. ANYONE WITH ANY INFORMATION I COULD USE HELP. Thanks

I dont have my code book handy to look at your codes, but the first thing that comes to mind is a bad IDM (Injector driver module). I have seen several of these only fire 4 injectors. You will want to make sure before you buy one, because they are big $$$.

It is a box located under the hood mounted on the drivers side fender. It has a bunch of wires going into it, and I believe the wires should be wrapped with some red tape. If I remember right they list for about $800, so you want to make sure that this is your problem.
