Glastonbury, CT about 8 miles southeast of Hartford. Our lot backs up on the flood plain for the Connecticut River and every spring we have waterfront property. Hasn't approached the house though since the flood of '84 when it stopped about 20 feet from the house.

I'm still in Lock Haven, PA, home of Piper Aircraft (now closed) maker of the ubiquitous Piper Cub. I'm originally from Lancaster County, PA like my 54 F100 is. But I've lived longer in Lock Haven then Lancaster County.

The Heights in Houston, about 4 miles from downtown. Our house was built in 1907, at least the original part. I have been in it since '79. It has really gotten crowded here, the Houston area is now up to 6.5 Million people. Traffic is nuts.
