BIG exhaust!
I had this lying around the shop for a couple years,

bought it for an old diesel and never used it. Today I put it on my 95 5.8L F250. It fit great, I had to put a little notch in the pipe where it slides over the cat, the cat has a little line up stud sticking out of the pipe.
The straight piece in the pic has to be shortened to fit, it comes really long.
Sounds great, deep and throaty but not too loud. The rear hanger by the tailpipe worked, but I had to install 2 of the universal type, 1 after muffler and 1 at rear of cat. When I bought it the price was way cheaper! and I got it on sale.
