Wheel well covers?

I was looking under the passenger-side front wheel well of my 5.4 the other day and noticed the rusty exhaust manifold sits right next to the wheelwell and exposed to the elements, like water/splash and whatever else that gets kicked up while moving when it's wet outside.

isn't this a problem? anyone heard of a snap-in/screw-in wheelwell shield or cover that cover that big hole or entire wheelwell for that matter?
