Intercooler, propane or methanol ?

Maybe adding one of the above to one of the 350's (94/TD, dually - ats flange pipe and exhaust, pump turned up, timming 8.5) From what I have been reading, a intercooler is not that effective if U are running less than 12-15 lbs boost. I am running around 6-7 @ 2400, ET's 650. Propane - ats seems to think it is not worth it. Methanol - windshield washer fluid - has anyone had any experiance? All imput would be appreciated.

Go with an aftercooler, they work much better than an intercooler and there is no need to refill them when they go empty .

Just my $.02

The actuator rod it "turned in" all the way, and only 11-12 # at hard acceleration. You will be lucky to see anymore than 12 on a stock turbo. Plus if you start getting into the 15 + I would be looking at replacing the head bolts with sronger studs

Do you still have the stock intake snorkel that sits over the drivers side battery?
A little work to get ram air from the grill area will help it out.
I am going intercooler if I ever get my reman junk engine straightened out.
