67 - clutch not depressed during test
77 - you didn't stab the throttle in the middle of the KOER test like you're suppose to.
Your truck is not sequentially injected so it doesn't do a cylinder balance test (initiated by stabbing throttle at end of KOER test).
Run proper KOEO and KOER tests and check the fuel pressure. It runs ok other then mileage? Hows that fuel filter?
