I'm new to the 73-79 forum but i got a 1977 f150 a couple days ago and thought i'd post about my project to see what you guys thought about it. It's a a 1977 F-150 Short box 4x4 , 351m bored.30 over 650 holley full length headers, Np 435? 4spd, new clutch, not sure if it's the 205 or 203 t- case not sure how to tell. It's got a 9 ich skyjacker kit, a 3 ich body lift, 38 inch ground hawgs for now. It's got the 78-79 grill , the hood is good, the front fenders are ok, the foors have rust on the bottoms, the cab is pretty good except for the drivers floor pan, the bed is what i consider to be beyond repair though(looks salageable from the ouside but the floor and all the supports are pretty much shot). To make it driveable i need to replace the rear yoke on the transfercase be cause the old one is broken. I got it for $850 think i did ok?
This is going to be a winter project not a daily driver.
Thanks
Dave
