Air Intake Help

Hey guys! Took my '01 XLT 5.4 in for service the other day, and they wanted to charge me 125$ for intake service from carbon buildup. It's an opportune time for a new intake, since I'd rather just get a new performance intake than spend $125 on this stocker. I have a BBK 75mm throttle body, and I'm concerned about which intake to get. I read that one of the K&N's, (either the 77 series or the FIPK) will fit over this throttle body. Do any of you have experience with an aftermarket intake and 75mm throttle bodies? I'd like to stick to K&N, but if you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

There are quite a few intake systems out there, but you are right in one point, why spend the $125 for a cleaning job when that can go towards a new intake.
