Approximately how much to get the front at the same height as the rear? Or is it better/easier to lower the rear? I don't tow anything too heavy. Thanks!
Hi Drover, Sorry. It's a 2000 F350 Super duty, extra cab 7.3psd. Thats what it seems, About 2 in lower in the front. What is involved in the kit? What is involved in lowering the back? Thanks!
you can get 2" spring spacers that go under the spring and will level it out for about $100....lowering the back will more than likely compromise the ride quality..
You could also buy leveling spring for a few dollars more...just search around on the web and you should find everything that you would need...Just make sure that you have a alignment done after the mods.
I have a 2005 F150 Supercab 4x4 with the 6.5 foot bed and I've been looking for a levelling kit for it. I have looked at a number of kits online and found that the 2 inch kits are made of aluminum and all the 2.5 inch kits seem to be made of polyurethane. Does anyone know why this is? Also, any suggestions as far as the best levelling kit to buy? I was thinking of a 2.5 inch but I'm not so sure how the plastic would stand up.
