Diesel Jeep
I know its been dicussed but my dad deperatley wants Jeep Liberty in diesel; however we live in CA. Any ideas on how this can be done?...He is also a Ford Man, diesel 250 and 450 and 56 & 57 'birds...but he also love his jeep and diesels...so is there a "right" way to do this and has anyone done it?...or do you know if they will ever be available here soon?

diesel liberty is in production now, I heard their economy sucks.
In an off road magazine, there have been wranglers with a 5.9 6cyl cummins and a 3.9 4 popper. The 3.9L would probably fit the best.

I have been looking at the Jeep Liberty diesel for the last 3 months, and have test drove them. They seem to have good power and what I have read at Jeep forums they get about 25 MPG on highway.
