370 a corner sounds a lil high but not by much! keep an eye on ebay, there are always spring packs for sale there

a whole lift kit from National tire and wheel is right at $600 then after shipping and taxes and all the accessories it's above 700 but if you just want the springs call up skyjacker and tell them what you want and who you've been too and see if they will do anything for you

The 79's should be 3", as ivan was able to use a set off a superduty i believe and those are a 3" wide leaf.

Ive heard of the highboys being 2.5 and "lowboys" being 3...so I guess they would interchange.?

F-250 front springs for highboy are the same as the 771/2-79 fords. Highboys are just taller. the rear springs on highboy are 2.5" and 771/2- 79 are 3" I had a front set made for my highboy by alcan spring in grand jct. colo. they flex good and were around $215 a corner.

80-97 springs are 3 inch but shorter than the 73-79 fronts, and shorter than the 99-04 superduty springs. i woudl also calla round and ask about "scratch and dent" springs. they are usually a good bit cheaper and jus thave minor cosmetic defects
