96 will not turn over
I have a 1996 PSD and we live in south texas for the winter and Iowa in the summer I left the truck in south texas for 5 months, and I new I had a week battery when we left. I replaced the both of them when we go back. Because it would only click click click, no turn over only clicks. Where would I check for a starter selonid and relays, and how do you tell if they are bad? or are there fusses that could be blown that will not let it crack any help would be welcomed.

how do you turn the engine by hand
Have no idea how but will try if you will tell me how? And how would that help? I will do any thing at this point, Is the starter on the passenger side about 14 in long 6 in around could the wires be rusty from all the humity down here, keeping it from getting enough juice

If the terminals and cables are good, check all the ground points. Maybe loose or bad connection? Also check the wires at the starter. Were you having any trouble starting before you let it sit?
