IMHO it just doesn't look right. The chopped roof with the step side box just doesn't flow. It's up to $100 with 6 bids. Wonder if he will even sell it?
I have plenty of doubts about this one.
78? wrong grille.
352 in a 78? Not original to be sure.
Of course the cab may be a 78, but who knows.
Looks like some of the vehicles that the junkyards back home cobble together for cheap sells. Ya know, good title on this wrecked 78 so we just keep the cab and replace everything else with whatever we have lying around.
But hey, it might make a good parts truck if you can get it cheap.

Reason: it's too early to spell.. MORE COFFEE!
It has flex a pipe exhaust all the way back, I don't even see where the top is choped, and it looks like a 73-75(at least looking at the grill), as mentioned before there was no 352 in 73-79 trucks.
I wouldn't touch that truck.
Looks like a dash board from a class "A" motor home to me. BTW, it's not gonna sell for $100 the reserve has not yet been meet. No telling what the reserve price is. -Ed
guys after looking at that dash again it is a dash from a late model ranchero. i compared it to a 79 ranchero my friend has and it is the same. that truck is as ghetto as they come.
