Buick Rendezvous Antenna?

Buick Rendezvous Antenna?
We have an `02 Rendezvous that gets lousy FM reception and it sounds like this is a common problem with Rendezvous'. I've noticed that some, Rendezvous have a small antenna mounted on the roof above the drivers seat but ours doesn't. Does anyone here know if that antenna is a factory cell phone antenna or if it's a factory FM antenna installed to fix the reception problem?

Based on GM vehicles I've taken in trade, I believe that antenna's for the OnStar system. Where is the Rendevous' antenna, in the rear deforster grid? It works well in my Town Car, but GM never seemed to have any luck with it.
