COP resistance

COP resistance
Hey guys.
Does anyone know the resitance of what a good COP should be?

This is from a Haynes Repair Manual for 97-99 trucks and suvs. The primary resistance is 0.55 ohms. Secondary is 5,500 ohms.
That's for COP.

How much variance in the resistance is acceptable? I checked 2 of my COP's and they were both closer to .60 and 6,000 as I recall.
