It was a combination of things:
1. Its been asked for in the past.
2. The size of the 67-79 database was getting huge, slowing down the system.
3. The number of posts per day is getting hard to keep up with.
4. It was asked for again.
Your asking triggered a decision about something I've wanted to do for 2-3 months.

Man, change brings such mixed emotions. On one hand I know this is a good idea whose time has come, spending hours reading posts lately. But on the other hand I'll miss all the interesting going-ons with you 73-79 crowd. Oh well, such is life. Maybe I'll stop in here from time to time. Otherwise you'll find me on the 67-72 board. I like the split. Are you going to do the same with the classified section? 61 to 79 is a pretty broad section, it could almost go to three seperate ones;61-66, 67-72, and 73-79. This would be more in line with Ford Truck styles( and it wouldn't be so hard for me to find what I'm looking for).

I am with Banks&Karl!!Sweet.I am thankful for the split.I am building a 76 which is for a reason.
'67-72 Are my love and now we all can stick together as to that style.
Another great inprovement for FTE.
Also,In my experiences 67-72 guy and alot different that '73-79 guys.
