Aluminum welding kit

Anybody seen this or tried it? go to wirepropellant and check it out. The kit consists of a liner for your gun, and a gizmo that holds a treated pad against the wire as it feeds. Supposedly it lubricates the wire enough to allow it to push reliably. The price is right.

You can accomplish the same by getting a shorter mig gun. Less than 7' aluminum will push with good drive rolls, and a clean liner.
