Wiper Delay Switch ?
The delayed wipers on my 95 F150 will not work unless I turn on the wipers at full speed and then "work my way backward" to the delayed settings. Is this nornmal or is there a relay that I can replace to fix this

my 90 has a governer I'm replacing right now...it plugs into the wiper switch behind the dash. I think the later models have a delay module behind the glove box which controls slow, intermittant and washer. My parts stores had to get the motorcraft part and it was about $90.

Intermit wiper problems
My 90 's F-250 did the same. If your mechanicly enclined take the intermit module apart and look for cold solder joints on the circuit board. It's right above the emergency brake pedal behind fuse box , so if your not one to put your foot on the actual pedal while pulling on the emergency brake release handle thats one heck of a shock to that area. Since fixing mine, I make the best effort to put my foot on the pedal to dampen the shock of it comming up so hard, and have not had any problems since.
