Alpine CDM-9803 diagnostics
I need help diagnosing and fixing my Alpine CDM-9803 in-dash cd player. I bought my truck used, and ever since I have had it, the CD player/radio has not functioned correctly. The only way that I am able to shut it off is to pop the face plate off. When I put the face plate back on, it only stays on one station, and I have no volume control or any other function. I have tried the reset button behind the face plate, but it doesn't change anything. Anyone who has any input at all, I give thanks to in advance.
