Well i recently got in an accident and shattered my front left signal blinker case. (that didnt make sense) I shattered the Orange casing on my left front blinker. I was wondering If I should go to the junkyard and try and find one, or just order it from ford. My sister had the same problem and used the junkyard one, but she had a really nice casing on her right side and a dirty one on the left. I Think I should just get my casing from the Ford Dealership, but the junkyard would be a lot quicker. Your thoughts?
Try lmctruck.com for a replacement lens. Their prices are lower than you friendly FoMoCo dealer. This will assure you of getting a new lens, not a dirty one.
Alright thanks guys Ill go check out the junkyard today, then go to lmctruck then dealership.
Bcjim lol how do you back up into your own fence? Sucks that it happened but It's kinda funny.

Narrow driveway, had done oil change day before and was tyring to look at the ground as I was backing out to make sure nothing had leaked overnight instead of making sure I was backing straight. Pretty embarassing to explain to the wife.
Can I get a picture?
I just ordered the stock ones from the dealer. My sister got them for $15 because she works at a dealership. Its amazing how much dealers rip you off. It would have costed me about $90 to get that part ordering it directly from a Ford dealer.
Try this link. It has junkyards all over the country. Many have search engines so you can check their inventory. When you find what you're looking for there will sometimes be photos. Found my Explorer buckets this way when the local yards didn't have what I wanted.
FYI, for anybody that is thinking about buying clear corners. Throw the amber bulbs that come with them in the trash. They are kinda a pinkish color and fade extremely fast. Spend about $3 at the auto parts store and buy the Sylvania 194A bulbs and they will be the right shade of amber and last for a long time.
