guys
can someone tell me how rare a factory 1975 F600 4x4 is? im debating whether or not to go see it; its quite some distance from my house--3 hrs or so??? The owner claims it to be factory and I never heard of a factory F600 dump 4x4! what running gear should this thing have and like i said, is it worth the trip to go look at it??

One just sold at a Ritchie Bros auction in Vancouver for 1250 dollars CND it had a 14 foot flatdeck on it. I always thought about buying one of these trucks it would make a good dump truck that can get into tough areas but you would have to get rid of the gas pot engine I would also worried about getting parts for that front axle.
Then again if there was work for a small dump truck I could alway buy a F-550 4x4 and it would pack just as much weight as the F-600 can and still be used as a daily driver.
No offense but the older F series medium duty trucks are kind ugly looking now if you could put a Louisville Cab on it then you would have a nice looking truck.
