Exhaust quotes question

I was asking around for quotes on exhaust systems for a 05' screw FX4. I called two muffler shops and got two totally different quotes. The first shop quoted $140.00 for their own set-up using Flowmaster cat-back 3” madrel bent tubing and a nice tip. The second place quoted $320 for the same set-up. Does anyone know why there would be such a large difference in pricing? $140.00 sounds like a steal but should I be concerned with the set-up they are using?

The $140 quote is probally for aluminumized pipe, but still sounds low. The muffler alone is probally $60.00 of the cost. The $320 sounds like stainless steel, providing they bend the tubes themselves.

Also remember to add in the labour cost. I bought all my pipe (2.5" pipe, glasspacks etc.) cost me $140 and another $100 at the shop for clamps hangers, labour etc. 140 sounds really low but go have a look at the work they do, an aluminized system can last alot of years anyway.
