Need help finding an EVR Valve
Dont think im crazy but i do not mean EGR. The EVR (Electronic Vacuum Regulator) controls how much vacuum is applied to the EGR valve. According to tests from a Hanes Manual, mine is bad. I've tried looking at Advance and other parts suppliers: no body has it! I even checked Ford's original Parts: no luck... Unless its called something else, i dont know where to find it other than a junk yard. Any body have any suggestions?

yeah, I'd get several (if able) while I was at too. Because in theory anything from the parts yard could be in better, same or worse condition than what you have now. thats just what you deal with in parts yard parts.

The only number I could find on the one on my 93 was 3D27E. Its the OEM component as it has the FORD emblem embossed in the vent cap. You have the correct description according to every source that I could find. Try calling it the "EGR vacuum valve" My own mechanic wasn't sure what I meant until I told him what its supposed to do.
