Maybe someone here can help me real quick, i have a stupid ?. In my user cp there is a section at the bottom labeled "latest reputation recieved" and says i have 10 points. What the heck does this mean and whats it for? Sorry been on here for awhile and never seen it before.

You will notice that in the upper right hand corner of your post there is a set of scales. Holding your pointer over it, it says "Add to lukecline's reputation".
It's a way of adding reputation points to users. Anybody can click on it and add points to your reputation.

To add to Dan's comments, everyone starts out with 10 points (I believe). If you see a post that is helpful or just a good post then you can add to that persons reputation. You reputation also shows up in the little green box beside your post count on the right hand side of your posts. If you hold the mouse over it you will get a description of your reputation. This is something that most people don't realize or use enough.
