high idle control
does any one know if there is a way to bring a 2006 5.4 liter idle up (1200rpm)while sitting still with a flip of a switch like on the PSD? what color wire should i look for, and where is it located?

I brought up the same question in the V10 forum, there appears to be no "high idle" circuit anywhere on the gas motors.
I believe the only option would be an aftermarket cable or solenoid-operated high-idle thingy (if they exist - but I'm sure someone makes one).

i thought there might be a way to do it with a wire and some resistors bing that the throttle is electronic now. i needed high idle because i have emergency equipt instaled and when i am on scene with all my lights on, there is a bigger load on the alternator
