Castrol / no window
Ok, not sure if anyone else has wondered this, but this issue has bugged the hell out of me for years.
Is it just me, or has anyone else wondered why Castrol will not put a clear window on the side of their bottle? I was changing oil in my garage one night and it was already dark out, so I had my automotive light on, when I was pouring the last quart, I had to hold the bottle in front of the light in order to see if I had pourd 1/2 quart.
Now if it is daylight out and you don't need a light on, good look trying to see how much oil is left in the qt after pouring some of it. You damn near have to peer inside the container to see how much is left.

actually valvoline may be making a come back with the durablend oils. they seem to be a very good oil but over priced at almost 4.00 a bottle. castrol still has the german castrol which is good just very hard to find.
