351 Windsor power
I have a 1994 F-150 ex cab 4x4 with a 351W 55k and an RV cam, at least 4.11 gears, most likely 4.54 or 56 or whatever Ford has. I would like to know how much power it has. I would also like some power suggestions, I'm not ready to tear the engine apart with only 55k on it there is no point, I'll wait till it burns oil. So I want to know who makes the best header, and cold air kit, and other good bolt on stuff.

The 351 in your truck might make around 200 horses. As far as headers go, look for Hooker or heddman, don't waste your money on shorties, buy long tubes. It should be between $140-$190 for a good set. Don't forget to upgrade your the rest of your exhaust with a highflow muffler, maybe flowmasters, dynomax, or maybe glasspacks if you want 'em. For your engine you will want a daul 2.5'' exhaust all the way to the tips. For the intake, K&N is the only way to go, and you might want to look at an aftermarket intake manifold. Don't be afraid of cam swaps either.
