Contacting Ford
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to contact Ford? Or how do we the consumer have an input on Ford trucks? I cruised around the Ford website and most of what I found was warranty and service work. Thanks for any suggestions.

Have you given your dealer a fair shot at fixing your problem? I assume that's why you want to contact Ford. And if not happy with their work and discussing it with them, have you tried another dealer service department? Always best to try to work it out before taking the next step, which will surely irate the dealer.
