im using a bumper off one of the late 60's early 70's ford vans. its smooth all the way across but it still has the same contour as the origonal. no tag indent. it is a little narrower heighth wize. and i had talked to one chrome shop that said they could weld in the tag indent on an origonal bumper and then smooth the bolt holes and chrome it for about 350.
Sorry, wrong application I guess. I am lookimg for a metal paited bumper to have powdercoated gloss black. I think that would look nice on a street truck.
